How to pair Amazfit watch with your phone

Have you just bought a new Amazfit smartwatch, and are wondering how to pair it with your android phone? Or is it the other way around, where you purchased a new phone and you're wondering how to get your Amazfit to connect to your phone again? Or, maybe, are you just sitting there wondering, "How do I pair my Amazfit?"

Either way, in this article and quick guide we'll show you how to get your Amazfit to connect to your phone immediately, both experienced and novice user alike!

To make things easier, we have divided it into two steps: how to connect Amazfit, and how to pair an already connected device. This guide will work on any Amazfit smartwatch, whether it's an Amazfit Pace or Amazfit Bip. 

Connecting a new watch

First things first: install the Amazfit App and create an account.
After this is done, press and hold down the button on the right side of the watch for 6 seconds and release to turn on the watch. This will display QR code on the screen of your smartwatch.

After activating Bluetooth on your phone, open the app and, after selecting the device, scan the QR code. If you're using an android phone, a pairing code will be shown on both devices. On iOS, do not worry about a pairing code shown. Now all you have to do is tap to confirm for Bluetooth connection to be established.

When this is complete, pick which hand you primarily wear your watch on (right hand or left hand) for the most accurate data possible.

Pairing your watch

First, you must open the Zepp App (also known as the Amazfit app) on your mobile phone and sign in with your Mi account.
When the Mi account is created, it will ask you to fill in some basic information about yourself.

The next step is connecting your Amazfit watch to your phone.
Start by activating Bluetooth on your mobile phone and opening the Zepp app again. After doing this, you will be able to see your in your watch in your profile under "My device". Click on your watch.

After this, place your watch next to the phone while the Bluetooth connection between the devices establishes. Once you receive a pairing request on your watch, click to establish the connection and confirm the pairing.

Now you just have to wait while the watch updates and you're ready to go!
